National Sales Director Bea Millslagle Bea Millslagle Bea began her Mary Kay Career in 1983. 
She debuted as a Sales Director in July of 1985. She earned her first Pink Cadillac out of Director Qualification and has earned 14 more since then. She has completed the National Court of Sales 3 times and the National Court of Sharing. She has lead her Unit to the Circle of Achievement 4 times, Circle of Excellence 14 times includ- ing the Million Dollar Unit Club. Bea has earned all expense paid luxury trips to Hawaii, London, Munich, Vienna, Paris, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, Milan, and China, and cruises to Bermuda, Alaska, Russia, the British Isles, the Greek Mediteranean, Lisbon and Barcelona for herself and her husband. She has earned numerous 3-1/2 and 4-1/2 carat diamond rings, a 3-1/2 carat diamond watch and bracelet, a $3500 business package, and all all-expenses paid family vacation to Maui! Her highest monthly check is over $24,000. Bea has trained for Mary Kay in London and Munich and has been featured in many company training materials. She has also served on the NSD Advisory Board. She has been nominated ‘Miss Go-Give’ in July 1991 and July 1999 by her sister Directors and Consultants. Bea debuted as a National Sales Director in March of 2005. She is a Mary Kay Millionaire earning over 4 million dollars in commissions to date. Her passion is to mentor the next generation of leaders for Mary Kay. She has been married to her husband, Pat, for 37 years and has 2 daughters, Coryn and Lauren, ages 30 and 28. They live in Pleasanton, California.
